We have two general career paths: an expert career path and a management career path. The "Expert" career path is aimed at those who want to develop further in their specialist areas without taking on a management role. The management career path is available for those who wish to take on a management position with personnel responsibility.

Both career models transparently show the path of advancement from starter to expert or management level. Our Learning and Development team offers you a wide range of opportunities to help you develop your skills and progress. Of course, you can also use the Change programme to develop yourself from an expert to a manager.
